PROFILE
Lucky is engaged in a busy criminal practice on the Midland Circuit. Being a Grade 3 CPS Panel Advocate, she routinely defends and prosecutes at Derby, Leicester, Lincoln, Northampton and Nottingham Crown Courts.
She went on to complete the Bar Professional Training Course at Nottingham Law School before then working for the Nottinghamshire Youth Offending Service as a Victim Advocacy and Support Worker for six months.
In February 2012, Lucky joined Cartwright King Solicitors in Nottingham as a higher courts caseworker/litigator where she held a varied role dealing with both blue and white collar crime. Cases ranged from kidnapping and high profile historic sex cases, to defending BIS investigations and resolving complex POCA/confiscation matters.
